On this episode of Sit Rep 4 we highlight Redcon1 Shipping Manager Eddie Valez. Eddie has been with Redcon1 since day 1 and is in charge of making sure the day to day warehouse operations run smoothly. Eddie also serves as a “jack of all trades” employee for the company as he helps out the marketing and sales teams with their daily duties. Watch as Eddie takes us through his day and some of the events that unfold including loading pallets and explaining the fine intricacies of the shipping software SKUVAULT. In the past, “the system” had been an issue, but with the switch to SKUVAULT the Redcon1 process has improved greatly.
