3 Overripe Bananas, mashed
1/3 cup Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 cup Quick Oats
1 cup Redcon1 Isotope Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin tins with parchment paper cup liners.
Mix bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, unsweetened applesauce and vanilla extract. In separate bowl mix protein powder, quick oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Fold dry ingredients in to wet ingredients, batter will be thick.
Pour almost to the top of paper cup liner. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
