Our approach to quad training continues to refine and evolve as Dallas grows and advances. We are known for training heavy and that will never change but its more than that.

Yesterdays refeed went really well overall, the food was needed and I woke up this morning up 5 lbs which for me is not all that much in terms of how quickly that weight would drop if I just went back to my normal diet today.

Dallas is in a really good place right now and his body is not fighting him which is a great sign, he is working really hard and when changes are made we are getting a positive response from them.

We had a really great training session yesterday with hamstrings, I would say one of the most effective of this prep for legs everything seemed to just click really well.
