Yesterdays refeed went really well overall, the food was needed and I woke up this morning up 5 lbs which for me is not all that much in terms of how quickly that weight would drop if I just went back to my normal diet today.

Dallas is in a really good place right now and his body is not fighting him which is a great sign, he is working really hard and when changes are made we are getting a positive response from them.
